Three ingredients. No compromises.
Rapeseed wax
A plant-based, paraffin-free wax. It burns slowly and cleanly, with minimal soot and an even melt pool.Natural fragrance oil
Every scent in all our collections is made with natural fragrance oil. It’s phthalate-free and paraben-free, with a true scent throw from the first light to the last.Pure cotton wick
A lead-free, zinc-free cotton wick gives a steady, low-flicker flame and a cleaner burn.How a candle is made
Four steps. Nothing ships until it’s ready.
- Source. We choose our wax and fragrance oils in small quantities, for burn quality over cost.
- Blend. The fragrance oil is warmed and blended into the melted wax at precise ratios.
- Pour. Each candle is poured by hand around its wick, in small batches.
- Cure. Every candle rests before it ships, so the scent is settled the moment you light it.

We currently ship within Norway. If you’re outside Norway, email us at hei@botaniskcandle.info and we’ll see if we can arrange delivery to your country.Delivery time
Every candle is hand-poured and cured before it ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.Shipping cost
Shipping is 89 NOK per order. You’ll see the cost at checkout before you pay.Packaging
We pack each candle carefully so it arrives in good condition.Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Unused candles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us at hei@botaniskcandle.info with your order number and we’ll guide you through the return.Exchanges
Unopened, unlit candles in their original packaging can be exchanged for another scent. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we’ll arrange it.Damaged or incorrect items
If your candle arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us at hei@botaniskcandle.info with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a refund.Refunds
